Hi, I’m Alexis—an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist with over six years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. I’ve spent years training clients at top-tier gyms like Equinox, working with a wide range of individuals to build strong, resilient, pain-free bodies.


My approach blends evidence-based strength training, functional movement, and sustainable nutrition coaching. I’m not a “calorie-counting” coach—instead, I use the latest research in kinesiology, behavior change, and nutrition to help clients develop habits that support long-term health, performance, and confidence.


In addition to my fitness and nutrition background, I am ProNatal Certified and trained to support clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I am also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Reiki and Sound Healing practitioner (Levels 1–3), allowing me to integrate movement, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation into my work.
